well the last time that the wings played a game 7 it was in the 2002 western conference finals. the opponent was the colorado avalanche. the wings scored on their first two shots of the game and finished the game with a decisive 7-0 victory over the hated avalanche. they got patrick roy pulled in the second period. they went on to beat carolina in the finals to win their 3rd stanley cup since 1997. we’ll see how it goes tonight, but one thing i know about this wings team, is that they play their best with their back against the wall. we’ll see…Let’s kick some ass tonight.
Booo, I have to work tonight! I might be able to get out in time to catch the end of the game. Maybe I should just do myself a favor and call in sick right now…
